We do not and will not sell cheaply made imitation junk from foreign countries. All items we sell are handcrafted and made with care and skill. COVID-19 Notice: Due to the current global situation with covid-19,items may not be returned, when the situation changes, we will resume our normal policy outlined below. DreamCatcher.com proudly stands by all of the products we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it undamaged within 7 days of the date of purchase for a full refund of the product price. You must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order if you intend to return it and we will send you instructions on how to proceed. We will not accept dream catchers back that have been hung and slept under. More information can be found in the returns section. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges in both directions. Custom orders are not refundable. We work very hard to locate only the best artists and products for sale on DreamCatcher.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your order please let us know. We want you or your loved one to be completely happy with your purchase as it should last you a lifetime and it is a very personal gift. We will do whatever it takes to match you with the perfect dream catcher for you.
** Earrings and necklaces may not be returned once worn due to hygiene concerns. Damaged Items If you have a problem with your order when it arrives you have 3 days from the date of delivery to notify DreamCatcher.com via phone or email of any product defect or problem and arrange for a replacement and return of the damaged item. If the item is not returned within 10 days of this notification we can not accept the returned items. When returning damaged items please include the original packaging . Shipping 99% of all orders ship the same day ordered or on the following morning if the order was placed after 1pm Eastern time. Orders placed during busy holiday seasons may experience some delays. The delivery times given for shipping selections are estimates only. If you need delivery by a specific date Priority Mail Express is the only option that is guaranteed. International Orders All customers who do not reside in the United States of America are responsible to know their countries customs regulations in regards to the importation of our products. Although we do our best to get your gifts to you as fast as possible we can not guarantee that your customs officials will not delay the delivery of your package while inspecting it. International customers are also responsible for all taxes and other fees associated with receipt of their order. Some countries do charge a VAT or other tax on items imported. Mail Errors / Returned mail It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address entered for delivery is correct and that someone will be at the destination to accept the mail when it arrives or that your mail carrier will know how to handle your mail. If your package is returned to us due to a delivery failure you will be responsible for the shipping charges. If you wish for us to attempt shipping the package again you will be responsible for the the new postage fees. There is a 15% restocking fee for all items that are returned in the mail that are not reshipped . All returns must be approved and given a Return Authorization.(RA / RMA) number prior to being returned. To get an RMA number please contact our office via phone or by using the contact form on the webpage. If you wish to return an item you must notify us within one week (7 days) of receicing the order. Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags and certificates included. Once your return is received and inspected by DreamCatcher.com (usually within 1-4 days of receipt), your refund or return will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company,or payment method, it may take additional time after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account. Orders that were shipped with free shipping promotions and are returned will be credited back for the product price less regular shipping costs if the returned items value brings the order under the level set to qualify for the free shipping promotion. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning orders to our office unless specifically stated otherwise during the Return Authorization process. |
