Rex A Begay

Rex A. BegayeThe imagery of Dine’h (Navajo) artist Rex A. Begaye speaks of the universal connection of Mother Earth, Father Sky and man.  His paintings share the stories that have been passed down for generations by the elders of many nations. These stories are vividly brought to life through his work.

Rex’s art celebrates the sacredness and discipline of the Dine’h culture, leading a contemporary outlook to the ancient traditions.  To see his paintings is to span from long ago to the edge of tomorrow.

Rex is from Dine’htah (Navajo nation), Grand Canyon, Arizona. Born and raised with a culture and traditional values. He travels throughout the country teaching about the culture of different nations through his paintings. To understand, to
see, and to feel his work is a teaching of balance and harmony.

Dreamcatcher.com is proud to announce that as of November 2013 we will be selling several of Rex's pieces in our new music and art section of the website. We hope you find his work as pleasing as we do.
